As a parent, and as someone who has a child that has been to Sick Kids in Toronto in the past, I'm proud to be involved in such an incredible cause. The first time we went to Sick Kids, it broke my heart to see such a large place dedicated to just sick children - how can there be this many sick children in Toronto and the surrounding area? But then I quickly realized that we're so incredibly lucky to live in an area, and country, where we have such amazing resources for our children. This is why it was a no-brainer for me to get involved in this program.
